On this episode, we flew up and over to Helsinki, Finland to catch up with Laura Hansen. Laura is the co-owner of Restaurant Kuurna. Kuurna is about serving the type of food they love to eat “pure, interesting and always enjoyable.” Their wine list consists of both classic and natural wines, sourced from ecological and socially sustainable producers. As they say “Kuurna is like a second home for us and we warmly welcome everyone to come and spend an evening and enjoy your time with us.” We loved having Laura come into our virtual home for a little aperitivo!
