Aperitivo Time / The Grapefruit Cosmo-spritz

THE GRAPEFRUIT COSMO-SPRITZ 

This week we made a Grapefruit Cosmo-Spritz - a twist on a classic, with a refreshing spin and topped with soda. The perfect refresher for an afternoon springtime tipple. 

INGREDIENTS

50ml vodka of your choosing (but make it a good one - because you’re worth it!)

30ml Cointreau

1/2 a lime, juiced 

Splash of grapefruit juice - about 30ml

Sparkling water

Ice

Grapefruit for garnish

Wine or Collins glass

METHOD

In a pint glass build your cocktail - add the vodka, Cointreau, lime & grapefruit juice. Add ice and shake! Strain over ice into a wine or collines glass, top with soda and garnish with grapefruit! Enjoy!
