Part mentor programme, part agony aunt, it’s a system designed to help you to help each other. We want you to feel confident and connected as you manoeuvre the industry, no matter where you are in the world.

The Good Life Coaching
Madeleine Geach is a business and personal coach who also works in (and loves) the hospitality industry. Alongside her current role as Head of Culture at Hawksmoor she coaches hospitality leaders, founders and entrepreneurs. Her main work is helping them take a step back from the frenetic world of opening and running successful restaurants; giving them time and space to get clear on where they want to get to and how to get there.
She is offering all L.O.R patrons a free 45 minute discovery session to experience some coaching and if it is something they would benefit from.

Home Hospitality
We’ve partnered with hospitality recruiter Home to give you easy access to the best jobs in the industry.
Created with care, kindness and a determination to raise standards in mind, Home Hospitality does it slightly different to the rest. They believe recruitment isn’t about quantity of people placed into new jobs, but making sure you are absolutely going to thrive and develop in a new business before even making that introduction. They only work with the best businesses – those who actually care about the people within them; those with a focus on fairness, diversity; and crucially, those who foster a positive and progressive culture.
