Abi’s classes have been getting us through lockdown. Her ethos of ‘wellbeing over weight loss’ is what we want to see more of from the fitness industry, and we always feel AMAZING after joining her workouts. Banging playlists too.

Gardening

Not exactly Charlie Dimmock just yet, but lockdown’s given us a major case of the Green Fingers. We’ve been enjoying getting out into the garden on the reg – even if it’s just to tend to the weeds and water that stubborn pot of rosemary that’s somehow still alive – purely for the fresh air and to keep the body moving. Highly recommend.

Listened to the first ep of Raise the Bar podcast in the bath yesterday and already loving it. This chat is with Billie, Founder of sexual wellbeing app Ferly, who found her professional purpose after experiencing sexual assault at work. It’s super inspiring and has lots of tips for things like imposter syndrome and goal setting.

Basically a Spanish shandy, clara con limon is our current go-to tipple. It’s the reassurance we need that Spring is springing. Just mix beer and Fanta Lemon and pretend you’re somewhere hotter and sunnier and everything will be A-okay.
