If Covid has taught us anything, it’s to expect the unexpected and be prepared to pivot (and then pivot again). And also that a year can feel like a very, very long time…

Thankfully, despite whatever external forces might be wrecking havoc on your life, there’s still a LOT you can control - more than you might think. 

That’s why we’ve put together the ‘How to Have a Great Year’ worksheet for you. It’s based on business psychology, but it can be applied to work or personal goals - or both. 

You won't find a list of New Year's resolutions to try. Instead we’ll work through a series of questions designed to help you reflect on the year you've just had - the good, the bad and the ugly - and work out some achievable aims for the year ahead. 

You don’t need anything for it, other than a pen and some paper, and you can fill it out at any time of the year.
